They give us an opportunity to discuss what best practice means to us as an individual and how we believe we can all achieve a vision together to provide an outstanding practice for all. These are completed on a monthly basis with the team and shared at room leader meetings or staff meetings.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[As a governor of a nursery school and children&#039;s centre I am interested in how changes to the Ofsted school inspection framework are going to drill down on the distinct elements of EYFS leadership now that inpsectors are no longer required to grade this phase of education.
Also as the inspection is data driven what has been done to take account of proposed changes to EYFS assessment framework from September 2012? With the loss of a nationally defined threshold it will be difficult for governing bodies and children&#039;s centres advisory boards to monitor impact of EYFS provision in terms of children&#039;s outcomes.]]></description>
