The new SEND Code has now been approved by the Parliament and will come into force on the 1st of September, 2014. The code covers the 0-25 age and sets out the statutory guidance on duties, policies and procedures for all organisations who work with and support children and young people with special education needs and disabilities. The new code is available for download here.
